We often hear from Old Brocks that they remember their time here with great affection and happiness. The sense of freedom and breadth of opportunity are two of the key ingredients that made their prep school experience so special. My own experience of teaching at a boys’ prep school in South Africa and an all boys’ boarding school in Scotland has shown me that boys especially enjoy a challenge both in and outside the classroom. Being a schoolmaster in a traditional country prep school such as ours is a privilege and it is my aim to ensure that every boy is given the support and encouragement, they need to make the most of the many opportunities we have to offer and to become the best they can be.
